The rack is constructed from CRCA sheets with varying thicknesses to ensure durability and stability. Each shelf has a uniformly distributed load capacity of 40kg. The sliding trays operate on plastic rollers for smooth movement, and the structure is powder-coated with an epoxy polyester finish for longevity.
