The Metal-Hostel-Bed is a reliable solution for hostel accommodations, built to withstand rigorous daily use. It features an overall size of 2040mm (L) x 990mm (W) x 870mm (H), with a mattress support panel measuring 1997mm x 945mm made from 12mm thick commercial ply. The headboard and footboard are constructed from 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (PLPB), with all visible edges covered with 2mm thick PVC edge banding for durability and non-visible edges with 0.8mm PVC edge banding. The structure is powder-coated with an anti-corrosion treatment after undergoing a seven-tank pretreatment process, ensuring long-lasting durability and a clean finish.
