The Bunk Bed with Study Table-02 is a space-saving design perfect for hostel rooms, combining sleeping and study functionalities. It features an overall size of 2100mm (W) x 900mm (D) x 2300mm (H) with mattress panels measuring 2000mm x 900mm. The wooden components are made from 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (PLPB), ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. All visible edges are protected with 2mm thick PVC edge banding, while non-visible edges are sealed with 0.8mm thick PVC edge banding. The bed frame and legs are constructed using 50mm x 50mm x 1.2mm and 25mm x 50mm x 1.2mm steel pipes, treated with a seven-tank anti-corrosion process, and finished with epoxy powder coating.
