The Bunk Bed with Study Table-03 combines sleeping and studying functionalities in a single compact design, ideal for hostel accommodations. With an overall size of 3600mm (W) x 900mm (D) x 2300mm (H) and mattress panels measuring 1800mm x 900mm, it offers sufficient space and comfort. All wooden components are crafted from 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (PLPB) for durability and an elegant finish. Visible edges are covered with 2mm thick PVC edge banding, while non-visible edges are sealed with 0.8mm thick PVC edge banding. The frame and legs, made from 50mm x 50mm x 1.2mm and 25mm x 50mm x 1.2mm steel pipes, are epoxy powder-coated after a seven-tank anti-corrosion pretreatment process. The integrated study table enhances functionality, making this design suitable for students in compact living spaces.
