All wooden components are crafted from 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (PLPB), ensuring durability and aesthetics. Visible edges are finished with 2mm thick PVC edge banding, while non-visible edges are sealed with 0.8mm thick PVC edge banding. The frame and legs are made from 50mm x 50mm x 1.2mm and 25mm x 50mm x 1.2mm steel pipes, treated with a seven-tank anti-corrosion process, and finished with epoxy powder coating.
