The Single Bed-03 is designed for durability and comfort, featuring an overall size of 1862mm (L) x 947mm (W) x 750mm (H). The bed’s headboard and footboard are crafted from 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (PLPB), with visible edges covered by 2mm thick PVC edge banding and non-visible edges with 0.8mm thick PVC edge banding for added durability. The bed frame and legs are made of 32mm x 32mm x 1.2mm and 25mm x 50mm x 1.2mm steel pipes, respectively, treated with a seven-tank anti-corrosion process and finished with epoxy powder coating. The mattress support panel is made from 12mm thick commercial ply, ensuring reliable and sturdy support.
